1. What is the registration fee?

*Membership is exclusive. Membership cards cannot be used to register for non-members.
**One of the child’s parents has to be an NTUC member.
-For the purpose of age verification, the age of participant shall be taken as of 1 Jan 2012. -Participants for the 21km competitive run must be 17 years old and above as of 1 Jan 2012. -Participants for the 10km competitive run must be 12 years old and above as of 1 Jan 2012.

Register as a group of 25 or more for RUN 350 to enjoy $50.00 off total registration fee.

2. What is the mode of registration and payment?
+You can register online at www.run350.com and only credit card payment is accepted.

3. Is GST included in the registration fee?
+Yes. 7% GST is included.

4. When is the closing date for registration?
+The closing date for registration is 29th Feb 2012 (Wednesday) at 2359 hrs. No registration will be entertained after this date.
However, the Organising Committee reserves the right to close the registration earlier should participation rates reach our intended capacity before the registration closing date. So please register early to avoid any disappointment. -
5. How do I know if my entry has been accepted?
+You will receive a confirmation slip via email upon successful registration and payment.

6. Do I get a refund if I choose not to participate after registration?
+No. Completed registrations are non-refundable.

7. Can I make changes to my personal particulars after submitting my registration?
+Yes. You can send an email to info@run350.com No amendments will be allowed after 29th Feb 2012 (Wednesday) at 2359 hrs.

8. Can I request to change the size of my Run 350 running singlet and 21km finisher tee (only applicable to 21km competitive run) after the submission and confirmation of my registration details?
+No. In line with the 350 philosophy, we seek to not overproduce any of the runners’ entitlement by matching the production with the number of sign ups to the closest number possible. How we strive to do the same for apparels with a range of sizes (running singlets / 21km finisher tee) is through the indication of the preferred size by participants and matching the production against the indication. The drawback of this method is that changes of sizes will not be possible since there are hardly extras produced.
Therefore, we seek your understanding that changing of sizes will not be entertained once your registration details are submitted and confirmed. However, please be assured that the size selection made based on the sizing chart we have provided (at the point of registration and at the FAQ section) should provide you with the most accurate fitting.
